We are a management consulting and professional training service provider with services carefully designed to meet the increasing needs of our corporate clients and private individuals aspiring to improve their project management delivery capabilities .
At Aldarton Limited, we provide consultancy services, training delivery and support to our customers. We expose our trainees to project simulations/workshops to give practical work experience. We also conduct dry run for interviews, on-the-job support and career mentoring.
OUR SERVICES
Our consultancy services include; digital transformation, continuous improvement and business process re-engineering, business change, IT application or ERP roll out, and advice on strategic business repositioning opportunities.
Here we work with our clients to initiate, plan, and deliver complex projects. On project completion, we also support post implementation reviews including project benefit tracking.
Here we train individuals on the fundamentals of Project Management such as Stakeholder Management, Project Planning, Project Delivery approaches, Progress Reporting, RAID Management and Project Change Management.
This course exposes participants to types of project/programme management offices, project management processes, project governance and assurance, roles within the organisation and best practices.

Does the training course equate to Prince2 Certification?
Answer: Our training course provides delegates with knowledge of project management methodologies and approaches.Prince 2 is one of the project management methodologies that will be discussed during the training. Our focus is to provide delegates with practical project delivery and project support experience. Prince 2 certification is not currently part of our product offering.
Will this training teach me all I need to know about Project Management
Answer: Yes this training gives extensive knowledge of Project management processes including best practices. It also gives an overview project delivery organisation and project support organisation including roles available within these organisations. Also delegates who recently attended the training course and are now on a job come to share their experience with new delegates.
How is the training course structured?
Answer: The training course comprises of classroom training, workshops/practical sessions that helps internalise knowledge of project management processes, case study and group assignments.
How long is the training?
Answer: Classroom training is done over 1 weekend in any centre of your choice, however workshops and group assignments are done over a 4 week period after which we will assign candidates to mentors who are on a job role. We also support our delegates with interview preparation.
How long is the mentoring programme for?
Answer: The mentoring programme lasts for 3 months. It is designed to support delegates until they settle into their new roles.
